Goodnews River Lodge Private Charter

• Dates for 2008 are filling up quickly and are on a first come first serve basis. Spots will only be held with a deposit of 50% per angler.
• These are Wednesday dates. We have changed to a Wednesday arrival/Departure due to a function of the Charter costs and flight availibility
• Prices above include a private charter from Anchorage to Goodnews Bay and Return.
• Prices may be subject to possible Fuel Surcharge
• If you do not take the Goodnews charter there will be no reduction in price
• GRL will not be held responsible if you miss the charter.
• All prices are for 2:1 Guest: Guide ratio
• Notification of cancellation must be received in writing.
• Monies are non-refundable
• Substitutions are always recommended
• A Fuel surcharge of $325.00 will be added
• A Native Land usage fee of $25.00 will be added
• If Goodnews River Lodge cancels a holiday a full refund will be provided except where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or accepted by circumstances amounting to “force majeure”; Such circumstances shall include, but are not limited to, war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorism, strife, industrial disruption, natural disasters, fire, technical problems or accidents with airports, ports or transport, inclement weather, governmental action and similar events beyond our control.

  LIABILITY
  Goodnews River Lodge accepts no responsibility for any effect that inclement weather conditions may have on your holiday.

  Adherence to dietary requirements can only be guaranteed if notified in writing at least 14 days in advance. All requests will be met wherever possible but failing to provide for any special requests will not constitute a breach of contract.

  Goodnews River Lodge accepts no liability for personal accident or injury to any person whilst on the premises or while being transported in the company vehicle or in an any vehicle contracted by Goodnews River Lodge.

  All personal property is considered in the safekeeping of the owner, unless handed in to the proprietors for safe storage.

   

• We strongly urge the purchase of trip insurance either through your travel agent or through the Goodnews River Lodge at the time of reservation. You should check with you credit card company or bank to see if they offer protection on missed flights.
